Will you consider cars with finance?

PawnYourCar.Com can lend on cars with outstanding finance, providing the finance is cleared from the proceeds of the new loan.

If the finance is to be cleared from the proceeds of the new loan, a settlement statement will need to be provided to confirm the full settlement amount and 'valid' to dates.

How much cash can I borrow?

PawnYourCar.Com will borrow from £5,000 to £100,000 subject to compliance with our terms and conditions.

Who is responsible for the maintenance and insurance of the car for the duration of the loan term?

Whilst the car is with PawnYourCar.Com, it will be subject to the utmost protection and specialist care. All facilities throughout the UK are fully insured and the car is stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled environment.

When the loan is repaid in full, we guarantee the car will return in the same condition.

However, it is the customers responsibility to keep the car taxed or declared SORN for the duration of the loan. If the MOT expires during the loan term, PawnYourCar.Com will only be able to transport the car back to you by transporter at an additional cost.

Can I repay the loan early?

Customers can pay back your loan at any time during the 6 months by simply paying off the loan amount and outstanding interest due.

Loans can be extended for another 6-month term. This can be done at any time by simply paying up the outstanding interest due and starting again with a new 6-month loan.

Can A customer switch a loan to Pawn my Car from another pawnbroker?

Of course, we welcome customers from other pawnbrokers. You can 'Switch and Save' today and pay less interest.

All loan approval will be subject to compliance of our terms and conditions and the provision of a written quotation. PawnYourCar.Com will ensure a swift hassle fee transition within 24 hours.

How can a customer make the final loan repayment?

PawnYourCar.Com will accept the following payment methods:-

  1. Electronic Bank Transfer
  2. Direct cash or cheque payment at a Barclays Bank branch.

What happens if a customer cannot make the repayment on the loan?

If your circumstances change and get into financial difficulties, PawnYourCar.Com will act compassionately and sensibly to provide assistance. We will discuss and agree workable payment plans with the objective of getting you back on track in a fair and realistic manner.

The loan is secured on the car and in the event that your is unable to meet the repayments any asset(s) provided as security may be sold by us.

If you borrow £1,000 over 36 months at a flat rate of 84% per annum [fixed] with a Representative 204.2% APR you will make 36 monthly payments of £97.98, making a total amount repayable of £3,690.00 including £30.00 document fee and £50 Option To Purchase fee. Loan repayment length from 18 to 60 months. The maximum APR is 389.1%.

The loan on your caravan will be subject to affordability, suitability and the provision of a final assessment of income and expenditure.
